For this past eight years, Talbot Landscapes has been responsible for the remediation works following the annual Winter Wonderland event.

Scope of Works

These works include surface preparation, seeding and turfing within given areas that include specimen and listed trees and maintaining these areas up to handover. We conduct day to day maintenance and irrigation over large, grassed areas.

Pathways were cleansed, maintaining public access at all times and remaining sensitive to specimen and listed trees and seasonal bulbs.

We manage biodiverse meadows areas including annual or perennial cutting and harvesting.

This work includes site cleansing i.e. daily litter picking, mowing, topdressing, overseeding and tining as required.

Safety at Work

We produced a map for Park Users to assist with the completion of this contract and for Park Users to navigate Hyde Park whilst some of the pathways were being worked upon.
