With over 30 years of trading, we have built up secure supply chains for our materials and your green assets (plant, trees and scrubs).
This comes from secure and sustainable relationships with the leading suppliers. A holistic approach considering the broader environmental, social, and economic factors within the entire geographical landscape where raw materials are sourced, acknowledging that our operations are deeply embedded within a complex ecosystem including you and not isolated to just growers or suppliers.
Through this approach we truly understand our carbon impact and acknowledge deforestation, water scarcity, and biodiversity loss by collaborating with other stakeholders in the cycle.
Some of our practical sourcing steps
Based on our listening to your thoughts and aspirations for your landscape and truly understanding the specification (we are practiced in engaging with landscape architects and designs) we keep the focus on the end game, who will use the landscape when transformed.
Other factors we take into account include:
1. How can we use, re-use, repurpose, or recycle the existing materials on site?
2. How can we minimise greenhouse gases of using new material (including emissions, sequestration).
3. What is the lifetime of the material and the project and what will happen next beyond.
4. How will the use of the material help us to mitigate or adapt to the impact of climate change
